Wine Tasting
Maribor lies in one of the winegrowing regions of Slovenia and has a long tradition in this field. Wine tasting with a snack, therefore, seems a natural choice for the conference social programme. It will take place on the first evening of the conference (Thursday).

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be organized on the second evening of the conference (Friday). Weather permitting, it will take place on the top of Pohorje at an altitude of about 1100 meters; otherwise, in one of the restaurants in town.

Conference Excursion
The conference excursion will take place on Saturday afternoon in the Prlekija and Prekmurje regions in NE Slovenia. It will include a visit to the pumpkin seed oil press in Središče ob Dravi, Plečnik’s church in Bogojina and the floating mill on the river Mura, and end with dinner (included in the price) in a typical Prekmurje restaurant.
